Architect design as per vastu
Earthwork excavation for isolated footings and for the plinth beams as per structural drawings.
Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 mix with chamber burnt bricks of 1st sort to a height of 2’6’’ for the flat area from the road level.
Rcc structure with 9’’ brick external walls and 41/2’’ brick partition wall.
Three phase electrical wiring concealed switches all as per necessary requirements to be supplied including proper earthing and inverter lines also provided.
20 mm black granite counter with stainless steel sink with drain board will be provided.
2’ wide, along any one side of the bedrooms and kitchen.
Concealed cpvc pipe line in bathroom, pvc pipes for rain water, sanitary waste.
Main door frame and shutter with teak wood & varnish finish.Other doors padak wood frame size of 4’’x21/2’’ all windows with padak wood frame, size of 4’’x21/2’’ and shutters with padak wood, size of 3’’x11/2’’ with 4mm pinned glass.Full putty finish with 2 coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer.
